Official documents pertaining to the management and operation of Redwood Coast Seniors, Inc. (hereinafter termed “the Corporation”), the host agency for Redwood Coast Senior Center, are kept with the “Corporate Book” in the offices of the Corporation at the address shown below. Although the Corporation is not a public entity and the public has no presumptive right to examine these documents, it is the policy of the current management to operate with transparency, and so members of the public are generally able to examine the books, assuming that a staff person is available to assist, at the offices. To further promote transparency, many of the documents pertaining to the operation and management of the Corporation are publicly posted here on the RCSCenter website.

Documents are generally posted here for a year, but are also often archived and may be sent to interested persons at their written or emailed request to the Director.

 

Redwood Coast Seniors is the 501(c)3 non-profit host to Redwood Coast Senior Center. (EIN: 23-7286987) Tax deductible contributions are an important source of funds for this program. Please contact our staff to find out more about supporting our work through your direct financial support or by volunteering in our programs. Other program funds are provided by the federal Aging Americans Act, California Department of Aging, and the local Area Agency on Aging.
